VR Haunted House

Kadinche Co., in a joint venture with Shochiku Co., Ltd. and Sakai Co., Ltd. has developed a VR haunted house attraction “Give me your face: the curse of the old woman”. This attraction combines a virtual (VR) and real (walk-through) horror experience in what we call a “Hybrid Haunted House”. In addition, the VR content will be deployed independently in Japan and overseas. The attraction will be available from July 20th (Sat) until September 1st (Sun) 2019 at the Tower Hall, located on the 1st basement floor of the Tokyo Tower.

Developed Jaguar Land Rover Virtual Drive System

360 Degrees Virtual Experience System using Oculus Rift

Kadinche created and developed Jaguar Land Rover’s Virtual Drive System using Oculus Rift head mount display. The system will be installed in Jaguar Rand Lover’s dealer shops all over Japan. Visitors can enjoy viewing 360 degrees as if he/she is inside cars driving around.

Kadinche shot panorama movies of Jaguar and Land Rover’s cars in Spain and UK. Kadinche also developed panorama movie viewing application for Oculus Rift. The first two contents are Jaguar XE with a tennis player Mr. Kei Nishikori and Land Rover Discovery Sports with its official driver in UK.

Kadinche is a company in Tokyo Japan doing research and development on virtual reality contents and technology. Kadinche also hosts a panorama video sharing platform PanoPlaza Movie.

Sports Virtual Reality Video

How does it feel like if you can see sights of top athletes? With panorama virtual reality technology, it is possible to virtually experience top athletes’ view. We have shot 8 different sports events with help of athletes in Japan.

Each athlete wore a special helmet equipped with 6 action cameras. The helmet and video stabilization technology are provided by Sony Computer Science Lab & Rekimoto Lab of the University of Tokyo’s Jack In Head Technology.

Japanese Olympian Mr. Dai Tamesue of Athlete Society helped us casting the athletes.

Providing Panorama Video Platform for Enterprise Users

-Supporting Distribution of Panorama Video Contents-

Kadinche Corp. starts to provide PanoPlaza Movie 360 degree panorama video platform for enterprise users. The first client using the platform is Hacosco Inc.

There are strong growing needs for panorama VR (Virtual Reality) contents and smart phone VR. To support companies providing VR contents, Kadinche provides and customizes PanoPlaza Movie for these clients. Hacosco Inc. in Japan has adopted this service as “hacosco store” as first enterprise user of our platform. PanoPlaza Movie enable users to manage a lot of panorama video contents. We also customize design and features of client’s panorama contents sharing service.

Hacosco Inc. provides “smartphone VR service” that anyone can experience simply by using smartphones. They provide software app and viewer made of corrugated cardboard. Hacosco Inc. has adopted PanoPlaza Movie to cope for increasing demand of VR contents and released “Hacosco Store” today.

Announcing Panorama Video Sharing Service "PanoPlaza Movie"

Kadinche Corp. announced it has started PanoPlaza Movie, a 360 degree panorama video sharing website.

PanoPlaza Movie allows users to upload, view and share 360 degree panorama videos which are viewable by dragging the screen or using a mouse.

360 degree panorama videos can be taken by super wide angle movie cameras such as the THETA m 15 by RICOH or the QBiC MS-1 by ELMO, and it provides an immersive virtual reality experience which regular videos can not deliver. Other video sharing websites have some limitations to viewing 360 degree videos or do not support the size of the videos, but PanoPlaza Movie solves all of these problems and provides a better user experience.

Kadinche will continue to work on the research and development of space expression technology, along with PanoPlaza Movie and PanoPlaza which is a web service to create panorama virtual shops.
